The Death Eaters of Harry Potter

death_eaters is a community dedicated to the characters of Harry Potter who took the Dark Mark. All the unredeemed, misled, wicked and evil are welcome here. Feel free to post fanfiction, icons, graphics, fanmixes, videos, and any other creative endeavor that feature a Death Eater.

Rules
Power corrupts. Absolute power is kind of neat.

1. All posts must prominently feature a Death Eater as one of the main characters. Reformed Death Eaters are permissible.

Known Death Eaters include: Avery, Regulus Black, Alecto Carrow, Amycus Carrow, Crabbe Sr., Barty Crouch Jr., Antonin Dolohov, Gibbon, Goyle Sr., Fenrir Greyback, Jugson, Igor Karkaroff, Lestrange, Bellatrix (Black) Lestrange, Rabastan Lestrange, Rodolphus Lestrange, Walden Macnair, Draco Malfoy, Lucius Malfoy, Mulciber, Nott Sr., Peter Pettigrew, Tom Riddle, Augustus Rookwood, Rosier, Evan Rosier, Thorfin Rowle, Selwynn, Severus Snape, Travers, Voldemort, Wilkes & Yaxley.

2. Advertisements for HP communities and fests are allowed, however, the advertisements must relate to a Death Eater or Death Eaters. For example, an advertisement for a Lucius Malfoy fest would be permissible, but an advertisement for a Scorpius/Rose fest would not be. As long as a Death Eater can be written/drawn/etc. in the advertised community or fest, it is allowed. NO RPG advertisements.

3. Apart from the absence of a Death Eater, nothing is forbidden here. Het, gen, slash, femmeslash, threesomes, moresomes, incest, non-con, dub-con, and any kinks y'all can come up with. That being said, we do ask there are no explicit depictions of underage sex. We don't want to break any laws.

4. If your post contains content that is of an adult nature, you must clearly mark it as such and give appropriate warnings for any possible trigger content. Please err on the side of caution; your artistic integrity should not come at the cost of people struggling with trauma. All adult content MUST be beneath a cut.

5. All participants must be legal. Since content posted to this community may of an adult nature, if you choose to follow

death_eaters by becoming a member, subscribing, reading, or posting content, you are agreeing that you are at least 18 years of age if you are a U.S. citizen, or of legal age to consume adult-rated content in the country you are a citizen. Please see Wikipedia's Age of Consent map if you are unsure. If we discover that you are underage (especially if we have an irate parent contacting us) you will be banned.

6. All graphics and videos MUST be behind a cut. You can put up to 3 icons before the cut, or a graphic preview no larger than 400x400 pixels.

7. When posting anything to the community, please include the following information before the cut (in no particular order): Title, Author/Artist, Characters, Rating, Warnings, Disclaimer, Summary.

8. Since this community is not actively moderated or continuously monitored, please feel free to send a message to

elle_blessing if there are any problems.

Rule Breakers
This is not a democracy.

If rules are broken, the moderators will comment to the infringing post with what steps must be taken to bring the post within regulations. If the post is not fixed within 24 hours, it will be deleted by a moderator.

RPG ads and advertisements that do not relate to Death Eaters will be deleted without notice. Posts with malicious links will be deleted without notice.

death_eaters is currently open to anyone. We encourage you to not only subscribe, but but become a member and share your content. Posts are not currently moderated, but if we find that the privilege is being abused, that may change in the future.
